Please consult the complete Final Exam and Credit Recovery Schedule - January 2025

Parents/Guardians – please check your child's grades on PowerSchool in the coming days. Students are highly encouraged to attend daily Credit Recovery opportunities; busses will still arrive and leave at regular times, as Diploma Exams are scheduled as well.

All Diploma (Grade 12) Exams: the weighting of diploma exams is 30% and students are provided with up to double the official posted time, if they require it. Diploma marks and comments are due on January 17th at noon.

All students (Grade 10-12) are provided with daily Credit Recovery opportunities from January 13 - 27, 2025. Please check teacher’s availability posted at their respectable classroom doors as teachers are available to provide above supports when they are not supervising exams. Non-diploma marks and comments are due on January 21st at noon.

For any Exam Conflicts, please speak with your teacher to make arrangements that comply with the posted times and deadlines. Mark Appeals day is Monday January 27. Students should remember to return their textbooks and pay their semester 1 course fees.

It is recommended that students leave their electronics at home or in their locker. If a student does bring a cellphone to school, please do NOT bring it to the exam room/lab. INSTEAD, please ask for a token from the Main Office and store your device in a small daily locker by the PE Office. These tiny storage lockers will be emptied out daily, so please don’t leave anything overnight as other students will need to use them the next day.
